Returns & Refunds
BikeNation’s no hassle Returns policy enables you to return items you have purchased from our online store up to 30 days from the date you received them.
Here’s how to return goods & items to us
First, please inform us that you want to return the item(s). You will be asked the reason you want to return the goods, and whether you’d like a refund or replacement. This can be done by email or phone.
We will then email you a unique returns form that needs to be printed out and placed inside the returning items box
When returning an item to us, for whatever reason
Please return the item(s) to us, in a plainly wrapped cardboard box, including a copy of your invoice and this completed Return Form, with your name, address and other details clearly marked.
Please Note: As the customer it is your responsibility to pay the postage or return carriage charges. We strongly suggest you insure the package, for an amount covering its full retail value plus any postal or shipping charges.
Then send your items to be returned, together with this completed form to

When you return the goods to us
All goods or items need to be returned to us in good saleable condition, in the original packaging, with all their labels and stickers attached.
ie. You must return it to us in the same condition in which it was delivered. We have a right to recover an amount from you for a loss of value of the goods as a result of handling the goods beyond “what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics and functioning of the goods”. Any goods damaged by you, or through your negligence, will not be accepted for refund. BikeNation shall not be responsible for any items lost or damaged whilst in transit.
You agree to send back the goods without undue delay and in any event not later than 14 days from the day on which you communicate your cancellation from this contract to us. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the period of 14 days has expired.
Exceptions – We cannot accept returns of
- Customised Products – If you ordered an item which was customised for you, or which was made specifically for you, we cannot accept a return, unless the item is deemed to be faulty.
- Audio and Video recordings, and Computer software, where the seal has been broken.
- Newspapers, Magazines and Periodicals.
BikeNation will refund the full cost of the item and any standard delivery costs, (this excludes the cost of you returning the item to us), subject to the conditions set out here.
All requests will be processed after we have inspected and verified the condition of the goods.
Refunds will be authorised by us and paid in full no later than the end of 14 days after the day on which we received the goods back, or you have supplied evidence of having sent back the goods, whichever is the earliest, in line with the updated 13 June 2014 Distance Selling Regulations.
Refunds will be made in the same form as the original purchase.
Where we agree to supply you with a replacement item(s) we will pay the cost of delivering those items to you.
If we are unable to supply a direct replacement item, for whatever reason, we will offer you a choice of a full refund, or alternative goods to a similar value.
If an item fails after you have used it
All goods supplied by BikeNation are from official sources and are covered by the normal manufacturer’s warranty. If an item has failed prematurely please follow our returns procedure, giving us details of the product and fault. Certain products need to be returned to our suppliers, for inspection and possible repair, before a credit can be issued.
Due to health and safety regulations, we request all used inner clothing, such as thermals, base layers, t-shirts, socks, etc, are washed prior to returning to us. Failure to do this will result in us sending them back to you, as we will be unable to inspect these goods.
